Consists of a shaft that passes through the window sash and emerges as a hinge post at the top and the bottom. The shaft connects to a gear, which is mounted to a “shoe” that smoothly rolls along the track on solid brass wheels.
The entire window can slide back and forth as the gears rotate the shaft in perfect vertical alignment with the top and bottom tracks. The result is a window that resists twisting and will never, never sag.
